Since our online store is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services we do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded and/or installed. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any web design service, template or template installation from ALMAT Web Designs. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. That specifically refers to an incorrect download link being sent to a customer, in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending the correct link. The deadline for any exchange is 24 hours after the download issue date.

We do not under any circumstances issue refunds for our installation service. This is non-refundable since it is not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this before you complete your purchase for our installation service.

Most of our ecommerce templates are designed for the Oscommerce MS2 release. There are several different versions of osCommerce scripts (Creloaded, ZenCart) available on the internet, all our scripts are designed to work with a clean install of osCommerce MS2 (http://www.oscommerce.com/) unless specified in the actual information page. Some of our products contain only the template graphics and some include the php coding and template images. Please be aware of this before ordering, as refunds will not be issued.

All web hosting plans are fully controlled by ALMAT Web Design, therefore, we can offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on this service. The only exception to this is where a domain name has to be purchased, we cannot refund the costs of domain names, as we use an external service for this procedure. On the event of a refund claim, we will refund the monies due minus the domain name charge (if applicable) and forward the domain name details to the email used for purchasing. It will then be your responsibility to transfer the domain name to another web hosting company.

All SSL certificates are either purchased via RapidSSL or Geotrust directly by ourselves, both companies offer a full seven day refund policy, from the date we order the certificate. If you experience any problems with the certificate, please get in contact with as soon as possible. After the seven days, no refund can be issued. All certificates are for 12 months, after which the certificate will have to be renewed. We cannot guarantee the same price for the certificate renewal as the prices are not controlled by ourselves, but by RapidSSL and Geotrust, please be aware of this when ordering.
